2018 Christmas Shipping Dates
For guaranteed Christmas Delivery:
International orders must be received by midday on November 26th.
Made to order clothing: UK orders must be received by December 7th
Art Prints and Pre-Made clothing: UK orders must be received by December 14th
Orders after this date will try to be accommodated, but due to busier working days for Royal Mail over the festive period, delivery times can be longer.
The Shop will be closed for Christmas from the December 22nd. You can still place orders at this time, but they will not start to be processed until January 2nd.
When will I receive my order?
Pre-made items will be posted out within 5 working days of ordering-this includes some items of clothing. Custom made items will take a little longer, please allow up to 8 working days for the item to be made and dispatched. This includes art prints and some t-shirts, which are printed to order.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail, so within the UK should reach the customer within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Elsewhere in the world should be within 10 working days of dispatch, but this can be more if items are held at customs.
Price of delivery will depend on the size and weight of your item(s) and whereabouts in the world you are. International orders are sent tracked. All orders will be signed for over the busy Christmas period.
What if I need my item sooner?
Get in touch with me and I'll let you know when I can make a post run! Clothing that is made to order cannot be manufactured any quicker.
What if my item hasn't arrived?
Let me know if your item hasn't arrived, I get proof of postage for every package, however be aware that 14 days need to pass since dispatch before any claims can be made.
What if I receive my item and it's not quite right for me?
Send me an email- firstname.lastname@example.org -within 2 weeks of receiving the order, so we can organise a return. Return postage costs would be the customers responsibility, and any refunds made would not include the original postage costs.
Any items returned must be in good condition for resale. Clothing must be unworn (except for trying on) with all labels still originally attached. Any items returned not in this condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately exchanges cannot be processed at this time, you would have to return and make a new order.
